10 Days Replacement Policy:

If any manufacturing defects are found in the hardware Instant replacement is available in the mentioned time period,

*No Replacement for Problems That Found after Upgrading OS or UI Version *No Replacement for Physically damaged devices

*Problem must be visual 

*Replacement applicable for only ONE TME 

*No warranty for Chargers & Cables 

30 Days Parts Replacement Policy: Parts warranty is only applicable for Camera, Battery Charging Port, Microphone, Speaker and Headphone Jack only." Parts warranty is NOT applicable for Display,Motherboard & IC(s).

2 Years Service Warranty Policy :

For software related issues Free parts servicing In case of damaged parts, the customer MUST pay the price of damaged parts. 

Customer cannot able to claim warranty :

If the device has locked by Forgotten Password or Pattern or forget Security related Account ID info. 

Warranty will be voided, IF: 

*The invoice or warranty card is lost, ripped or damaged 

*Device OS is Rooted. Bricked, Modified, Changed or Reinstalled 

*Previously repaired by anyone except our official Service Partner Gear 7 

*Rewrite serial number or IMEI has been removed or defaced from the Product

*Accidental Damage by fire, liquid spillage, 

*Mis-adjustment of customer controls, use on an incorrect voltage, power surges and dips, thundesstorm activity, force majeure, voltage supply problem or other external causes. 

*No Replacement for Display Issues 

*No Replacement for software issues
